Methodology
Transparent inputs. Versioned rules. Testable results.
Every live calculator separates financial rules from presentation, so a rate change is a data review rather than a rebuild.
A calculator definition records its country, currency, rule-set version, effective dates, assumptions, exclusions, sources, input validation and output shape. Official government guidance is always preferred as the primary source.
Results are estimates unless stated otherwise. Boundary values, zero and invalid inputs, high incomes, contribution caps, pay frequencies and rounding are all covered by automated tests before a calculator is marked live.
